buying books

Any advice on buying books in Chuffington?
What's the usual way to go about it?
I've tried amazon.fr but I find often I will see the one I want and try to buy, go through the process....and find for a 3 euro book shipping is 10 euros.
Are there any decent amazon marketplace sellers that charge reasonable prices?

Bookdepository.co.uk - they ship free worldwide. They're part of Amazon.

Plus you'll automatically save the German VAT when buying directly from Amazon.de. See their official info page (German)!

Re: buying books

Aren't Abebooks now owned by Amazon?

Get an e Reader. Perhaps not as satisfying but it's a damn sight easier and cheaper than physical books. Particularly if you subscribe to a free/cheap book finder like bookbub.

Apparently they are. I was not aware of it.
