I was planning on opening a company in Switzerland with a non-Swiss colleague, and we were looking for a lawyer/Notary that could help us and answer some questions... Preferably looking in Zentral Schweiz.

Some questions would be directly related to the company opening, such as costs and how to best format it. Others, however, would be in the lines of investment-visa related and the rights of the non-Swiss person.

On the company's side, we were thinking of going for an AG. One of the questions, for intance: We see 100k is necessary for the incorporation, and 40k on opening day. When do the other 60k need to be incorporated?

We are setting a company LLC in Zürich and we need to notarise our signature . However my partner is abroad - we are both Swiss residents. I am here in Zürich . Because of current pandemic my partner cannot travel back to Switzerland. We are therefore looking for online e-notary - who can notarize my partner signature through video or any e-technology in Switzerland.
