Where to buy sand bags? (in case of flood)

Does anyone know where to buy sandbags? Not for exercise, but to prevent water from seeping in under doors etc. during heavy rains. Doesn't seem like this topic has been addressed before here. Thanks for any tips!

You might also contact your local Zivilschutz. For instance, a quick google shows that Zivilschutz Luzern sells both the empty sacks and filled sand sacks:

(Just pulled one example, not knowing where you are. Google 'Sandsack für Hochwasserschutz', plus your Gemeinde.)
