campervan + propane

I hope this is the right place (forum) to ask this question.

I have recently purchased a campervan (very similar to the VW Ocean)
This vehicle has a stove in it that is powered by propane.
The propane tank is 5KG

I have a few questions about this tank.
YES I have called the dealership and they tell me it is SUPER easy, but I'm feeling a little cautious.

My questions are:
* Can I re-fill this same bottle? If so, do I refill it at gas stations or somewhere else?
* If I buy a new bottle, do I need to worry about the connectors to the vehicle
* I plan on a very long journey with the vehicle and I am positive I will need more propane, are these type of bottles (and connectors) sold throughout europe?

I know this should be simple to answer, but after talking to the dealership and them saying how easy it is, it gets me concerned that their easy and the rest of europe easy are two different things.
