What appliances to move?!

I was not planning on Moving vacuum, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster oven, hair dryer. However want to move TVs as that’s a significant expense from USA. Can you use converter for this? What other appliances should I not bring? Thanks!!!

TV is a no go. American TV will not play in Europe and vice versa.
Only possibility is a radio or stereo but FM is getting phased out in a year or so.

Depends where you get your TV programmes from. I cant think anyone is still watching PAL 625 or NTSC 525. On the assumption it connects to a devise via an HDMI cable it will work.

If your TV supports 230V/50Hz and is also capable of PAL I see no reason to not bring it, else I would sell it there and buy something here.

You realise that Pal and NTSC support is a thing these days? So perhaps you might want to ask what telly it is.

I don't believe any PAL TV is still broadcast, since CRT's have gone the way of the dodo, a flat panel can play most things back.
