Hotel / B&B with Parking in Zurich

Hi all,

My cousin will be a couple of days in Zurich with her husband, in-laws and 9 year old child. Our humble abode lacks the space to put them up.

As they will be coming by car they will be looking for a hotel B&B, in the Züri West / Altstetten / Albisrieden area, preferably with parking. Preferably not too expensive (relative to the Zurich scale of pricing).

From my searches on here, Google, Tripadvisor etc I already told them:

Hotel Placid
Ibis Zurich West
Crowne Plaza
Mercure Albisriederplatz

Also suggested they can make use of overnight parking (VBZ, Luggwegstr; Freilager parking if they find a place they like without own car park). I don’t own a car so what do I know?

Has anybody else had visitors recently? Where did they stay if not at your home?

Cheers,
Nick

I recommend the P&R Parkplatz in Glattbrugg, Giebeleichstrasse, 24hrs will cost 8 sfr.

How about the Best Western Spirgarten. I've not stayed there, but been there for events (both as a visitor and exhibitor). They have parking, although I think there's a small charge. If there's no events on when they are coming they could get s decent deal.

Thanks. That‘s pretty cheap.

Re: Hotel / B&B with Parking in Zurich

I can highly recommend City Stay Apartments, We booked a 5nt stay for my best mate in the Seefeld one in December, and she loved it. The apartment had parking and a huge terrace with a dining set and sun loungers which was almost as big as the apartment itself. They have two buildings in the area of the city that might suit your needs.

We got a great rate by booking via ebookers when they had a 14% discount code, so it worked out at CHF 115- per night for a penthouse apartment with terrace.

Another option I'd take a look at is The Flag. With the weather we've been having lately, a bit of outside space could be a welcome bonus.
