Re: Macbookpro cheaper in microspot.ch ?

If she's currently got a MBP and none of the issues bother her (or she doesn't even have them), then it's no problem.

I would like to remark that a lot of back and forth could have been eliminated if OP had mentioned that she already owns a 2019 16" MBP but wants to trade-up to a higher spec.

Yeah, that is really a silly bit of info to leave out and makes the upgrade make even less sense imo. Unless I had an urgent need to upgrade then I would be waiting for the new model. It sounds like the OP has no real performance issues and just wants an upgrade... however, upgrading from an i7 to an i7 instead of form an i7 to an i9 just seems a bit pointless.

Which is fine of course, it's their money to spend (opr waste) as they want, but it's a public forum so opinions will be given.

It's really a disgrace that notebooks as expensive and as premium as the Macbook Pro's do not have user-upgradeable RAM and SSD's.

I currently have a Macbook pro with 16GB ram, i work with aftereffects and according to my animator friends aftereffects run much smoother with 32GB.
and therefore i also prefer the 1TB SSD for my renders.

i don't understand why I'm bashed?

I think i'm automatically put into the "you don't know the specs you just want a fancy mac" category.. my question was about the price difference between microspot n apple store, and now I'm criticized for spending 3K for a mac?
It helps if you are less vague with information and come on you weren't "bashed" in any kind of personal way, stop being a drama llama.

OK PEOPLE, I didn't ask at all if I should make an upgrade.

I was only asking, why is there the huge price difference, between the two products of same spec, in two websites.

And then you guys started speculating why I wanted to buy this device, thus the back and forth...
