Re: Sean Connery RIP

We dug out the old James Bond box set DVD, and last night we watched Sean Connery as 007 in Dr No. With that classic beach scene with Ursula Andrews.

Good film !

Re: Sean Connery RIP

He outlived three of his six female Bond co-stars, Blackman, Auger, and Dor (Blackman also died this year).

Meanwhile, watching "You Only Live Twice", and Charles Gray has just given him a stirred (not shaken) maritini! ("I hope I got that right")

Why? I thought that it was gentlemanly that he would not smack a woman with a clenched fist but only with an open hand; of course only as a last resort after other methods of getting them to toe the line were unsuccessful.

I've never heard the English speaking accent of an Egyptian immigrant to Spain portrayed so accurately.

I must dig out Zardoz again.

Drawing all those squiggly lines as MacCleod gets 'the prize'?

Was that your early career then? VFX?
