blocking emailers like blocking a phone-no.

After a long, peaceful period I'm being hit again.

No I don't want to reply to them, demanding deletion of my address, that will only prove to them that I excist, am alive and kicking.

So I started wondering why I'm not able to block certain email-addresses like I'm able to block phone-no. on the phone?
If not in the email-program, then on the server? The domains are mine.

Has it been invented yet and I'm just not aware of it?

Yes, it's been around for a couple of decades. Mark as Spam, Report Spam, lots of variants thereof depending on your email client.

Should be possible, at least in most of the email programs I've used. You should be able to ban the full X@Y.com, or the whole @Y.com.
What kind of email system are you using.

Now I remember what I forgot to mention; I'm not interested in filling a spam-folder and then having to check the spam folder for emails that went in there falsly.

On the computer? Thunderbird.

Sounds great. How do I do it? Can I also block like anything from Y.com?

Found it. thanks for letting me know it's worth searching the net
Info says, they get deleted straight away, sounds cool, I'll see if it's true.
Well, actually I won't see that, even better.
