And why not? It's the business model of several online retailers.
However, the return conditions are stated in the listing and especially for cross-border sales the return shipping refund is limited, as one might expect. When I've bought stuff from amazon.de generally they'll pay up to 22 or 24CHF for return. I try to make sure I only order things I know I'll keep but sometimes a return is unavoidable.
