| | Suggestions needed for Black Hair Spray for bald spots Could any EFers give me a place where I could find a Hair Spray, Black colour, for mens use, to cover bald spots, as this is available in USA, but not in Bern. I tried Loeb, Globus, Muller and two Hair Dressers without success. Thanks |

Enough with the jokes...you're completely derailing the thread.
If someone has some constructive advice for the OP, please feel free to post what you know.

Or alternatively: celebrate and be PROUD to be a slap head. Shave it close and go round reminding people of other top end slappies like bruce willis.
I'm bald, and I have to beat them off with a stick. At least thats what i tell my wife though she doesn't appear to believe me.

This product is meant to erase bald spots and also gives good
cover for thinning hair areas. The one from Head First Inc. in
Pasadena CA 91105, USA was available in 4.5 oz spray cans for
Black Hair.

btw, i dont think that you can count the woman at he checkout counter wondering in bemusement at the toothpaste stains on your trousers as having to "beat them off with a stick"

There is another option....
My girlfriend does permanent make-up (micropigmentation). Recently she was asked by someone in the OP´s position if she could pigment his bald spot. She advised that it was no problem but as it is semi-permanent if the surrounding hair thinned he would need to enlarge the coloured circle.
In the end he came for an examination for her to discover the "spot" was in fact quite big . She was not prepared to do this as she felt the risk was too high.
Seems to me he would have looked like a bulls-eye after a little while.
Shave it all off and join us (semi) baldies.

I'm bald, and I have to beat them off with a stick. At least thats what i tell my wife though she doesn't appear to believe me. | | | | | Exactly - I'm bald as well, started going that way when I was 19, when I got to the age of 24 I realised that only fooling myself trying to keep the thin mop of long hair I had at the time, bought a set of clippers, gritted my teeth and shaved the whole lot off. It's a bit of a shock at first, but you get used to it very very quickly, and more importantly your self respect comes back as well.
IMO by using some kind of product to disguise it, you're only kidding yourself, and you're not fooling anybody else.
If somebody was to offer me some kind of hair replacement today, I wouldn't want it - I like my hair just the way it is.
Oh and a quick tip - If you do decide to shave it then do it when the weather is mild, and not during the depths of winter as I did.

And anyway, you get all sorts of advantages. Being teased by a someone slightly overweight ? put the boot in - give them your best fat person abuse, because - after all - your bald so you know what its like to have a physical characteristic that can be teased.
Finally, if you think your unlucky, spare a thought for my sisters kids. Her husband went grey by 18, it runs in his family and has for generations and all the men on our side of the family go bald by mid 20's. Their son who is currently 2 is going to be grey and bald by the time he's 25!

While I find Bruce Willis rather sexy I appreciate you'd prefer to find a solution for your problem... So I did a quick check around and couldn't find anything better than this website, you can order online and have it shipped to you. Perhaps then with an empty bottle in hand you might be able to find a Drugstore or shop who do sell a similar product. Hence has been the ability of people wishing to hide their baldness to do a "combover" for which in todays tolerant society, i believe you should be shot.
