Interdiscount delivery service

Hi there,

I would like to buy a beach chair ( those for sunbathing!!!) from interdiscount, but i find out that its weight is 7.5 kg!!!!
i dont have a car and it is impossible for me to carry this chair back home,
i think there is delivery service in interdiscount, be honest, i am a bit shy to ask the staff as my chair is only cost sfr40 (i think the delievery charge may even be more expensive then that), is there anyone know about hows the delievery service work from interdiscount?
how much will they charge me and is there any minimum amount i have to purchse in order to get the delivery service?
thanks a lot ~~

Or anyone know where have good place for beach chair?thanks

Re: Interdiscount delivery service

According to their website they do have a delivery service but it doesn't quote any costs.

Re: Interdiscount delivery service

I assume you mean Telefonische Terminvereinbarung.

In this case it means that they will call you in order to make an appointment for delivery.

Re: Interdiscount delivery service

As Blonaybear already said, the site does not quote any costs.
Unless any other forum member has further knowledge of charges related to delivery, I guess your best bet will be to either ask directly at the store or just give them a call. I am sure that they will have someone there who can speak at least some english.

LOL...you wont feel so shy once they tell you the delivery charges....
A rough calculation will be to consider about 100 chf an hour for the driver, and about 25-40 chf per hour for the car. But still talk to the guys in the store, you never know they may just deliver it for free....
Check out how the chair looks like in its actual packaging. A lot of these things look very big when assembled but are rather compact while still packaged...
I have found http://www.mobility.ch to be the best way to haul stuff....

Re: Interdiscount delivery service

It would probably be cheaper to buy it in the shop yourself and then get a warentaxi home.
