Container Sharing To East Coast Us

Will anybody be relocating to the US in August / September? I would like to rent a container, but the smallest I've found is 20 ft, way too big for what I have. Anyone interested in sharing.....
Otherwise, does anyone know where I could get a cheap 10 ft container?
Thanks!!

I know Alliedpickfords.com does consolidated shipping (sharing containers) if you cannot find anyone here...

otherwise Crown relocations perhaps. You can ask both for a free quote, just give them your cubic meters or feet...

Thanks Muse7,

I've contacted Alliedpickford for more info. It's the only one I've found until now that has a groupage rate!! Good tip!

Re: Container Sharing To East Coast Us

The only thing I did not like is they did the delivery with a shared van, and got delayed on the first leg, and did not tell us.

So they showed up a day late...otherwise, no problems with packing etc., although if you insure, get an independent insurance company. This applies to all movers I would think.

Re: Container Sharing To East Coast Us

I would love to share a container, I have two problems though. 1. I live in Germany and 2. we are planning on leaving in May. We could possibly leave our things with my wife's family outside Heidelberg, Germany, but we would have to work out the rest.
