Re: Chiropractor

I have to go back tomorrow, which is normal (it usually takes a few appointments to sort everything out.) It’s a little impersonal. You turn up and are assigned a cubicle, here you change, the chiropractor then comes and collects you, and you have your treatment and go back into your cubicle. This allows many patients to be seen in a short space of time. The Chiropractor did take his time talking to me and assessing my body. I didn't feel like he was rushing or anything like that. The experience wasn't as great as in South Africa but I'm still quite pleased. Thanks for the tip!

Re: Chiropractor -

I've been to:

Dr. Andre Barchli
Kilchbergsteig 11
8038 Zurich

+41 44 482 77 84

A little new-agey, but I like that. English is good. The office is nice, it feels very personal, homey. I went about 8 times and felt better.

Re: Chiropractor

Can anyone explain the difference (if any) between a chiropractor and an osteopath? I'm a great fan of the latter, used to go regularly in the UK and have a recommendation for the chiropractor in Waedenswil, but don't know the difference

Cheers

Re: Chiropractor

Hi,

Does anyone know of a chiropractor near Zug who practices the Webster technique - this is a technique used on pregnant women to prepare the body for labor and delivery.

Thank you!

Re: Chiropractor

Hi all!

I can also HIGHLY recommend the practice in Stadelhofen: Luethy & Pulver. I have been going there for 3 years and its great. Both Thomas and Bernard are very experienced and they always fit you in in its an emergency. Hope you are well soon.

This site may help you because it provides a list of good chiropractors and some background on their specialties (...)
Bahnhof Stadelhofen and Wiedikon are considerably closer than Nappa Valley...

Re: Chiropractor

A 15 minute consult cost me CHF 90. Not to bad I reckon.

Your basic health insurance should cover chiropractor costs

Re: Chiropractor

Yes, it is standard. In Switzerland Chiropractors are covered under your basic insurance just as other doctors are.

Perhaps if you have a "managed care" plan it is different?
