i need to send a form back to usb, the envelope they have given me says no stamp required where the stamp should go...but it doesn't state whether it is 'A' or 'B'

please could someone let me know which mailbox to post it in?

The Swiss Post mailbox is yellow. The other one might be for the parcel courier service ... ?

thank you 22 yards its an important letter so i dont want it to get lost or in the wrong hands, i think i'll go for B.

one says A, one says B...a letter i needed to send back to swisscom had 'A' marked on it where the stamp should go

The one on the left if for brown glass, the one on the right for white glass. Turn around and there's another for green glass and one for tins.

..try the A+ mailbox..that one is for very important letters.
On a more serious note, I never heard of 2 mailboxes.

The Swiss postal system distinguishes between "A" and "B". "A" will arrive the next day, "B" can take up to 3 days.

If you've got a prepaid envelope saying "A", then throw it into the mailbox for the "A" mail.

I'd go with möpp's advice, if I were you. S/he has an umlaut in his/her name so should know what s/he is talking about!

I would start with the slot on the right (but you can chose the left) and then proceed with:

Eeny, meeny, miny, moe, catch a tiger by the toe. If he hollers let him go, eeny, meeny, miny, moe. My mother told me to pick the best one, and you are not it.

And then slip the letter in the opposite slot.

If the envelope does not have an "A" on it (or a "Prioritaire" badge) then it is not A post and does not belong in the A post box.

Just a minor thing, but if you're sending something to a USB, why not just email it?

Or just drag and drop, that's how I normally send things to a USB device.

I think my subtle, non-emboldened approach was better ... no?

Ah PC comes to nursery rhymes.... but now at least we can spot you at the post office J.L-P, you'll be the one chatting to the mail box.

Meanwhile I await the photo's of these offending mailboxes, but OP can you clearly mark which box is which as this thread has me baffled.
