i am in basel, they are clean fresh but have some "pilling" pillows are used bout 10 times.
Also used to be in a guest room, but TBH the total cost is well below 100chf so its not worth to collect or post etc, just looking for somewhere to dump them really.

Do you have a deche-tri don't know the German for it, a recycling place for all sorts- from lawn grass to computers to tin cans... ? You should be able to leave them there with the reusable stuff (toys, books, furniture etc)

I need some pillows for my sofabad when I have people stay over. I'm in Basel and could collect them from you. Are they the crazy German 80cm square ones or are they more "normal"?

In case noone takes them, I usually take blankets, quilts, small carpets and such 'usable' things to the dog's home as they find good use for them in winter. Usually they welcome them with a big smile |

Let the poor have them. Drop them in any clothes recycling bin and earn yourself some good Karma.

Slightly off topic and not meaning to hijack the OP's thread but is the Clothes recycling only for items that can be reused? What about clothes that are simply worn out and not suitable for recycling? How do I dispose of these? Also what about shoes as I noticed that the clothes recycling near me say no shoes. Many help appreciated. |

Thanks for the pillows Rob1! And the Ikea bag
For anyone else ... he has two double duvets, both look as new. One light Summer one, and one heavy Winter one.

Worn out shoes and clothes belong in the trash and not in the clothes recycling. The clothes and shoes collection is for items that are still useable.
So just throw your worn out stuff away, like you would at home.

Thanks. Sorry if I sound naive, but where do I trash them? Do I have to take them to the ERZ?

I guess you could take it to one of the depos if you have a lot of things to throw away, but it might not be worth the hassle.
