Ikea stair gate

Does anyone know if either the Ikea Patrull Fast or Patrull Smidig baby stair gates have to be screwed into a door frame or can they be moved from doorway to doorway? I'm looking on the website and can't quite make it out. It's not so easy to get to Ikea just to have a look at the attachements.

The Ikea Patrull Fast is screw fixing. Here is a review in English

Re: Ikea stair gate

Fantastic - thanks so much. Need to keep the hounds in the kitchen at night somehow since they've now worked out how to push the drying frame aside and trot around on the wooden floors at early o'clock!!

I installed two Smidig stair gates (white) and you do not need to drill. Just follow the instructions careful not to miss any step or you have to start again.
