Non-EU, Job Change (same old question)

Hi All,

I am a new member to this community. I know this is a very very frequently asked question, but believe me after reading 24 pages of the forum, and searching more on the internet, I had to open this thread.....as either most of the information is quite old (2006, 2007), or the answers are not relevant to me.
Mods, kindly close this thread if need be!

My Background:
I am here on a B-permit since March 2009. (Had 2 years L permit before that).
I am on an IT project with a Swiss employer in Zurich. I need to change my employer with which I am doing this project.
My Stellenantritt letter says: "Weder Stellen- noch Projektwechsel gestattet". I know this means I cant change.
Question
1. What needs to be done to change the employer?
2. How much time is this permit locked?

Please somebody give me a piece of advice HOW to make this happen...even if there is a 1% chance!

Actually in the spirit of why he posted the question in the first place, he should post the answer. Otherwise, he shouldn't expect to get answers in the future. Am I right ?
