I live here in Genève with my girlfriend, who work for Procter & Gamble.


When I arrived I applied for a B permit, which I also received, but without a work permit.


In Denmark I have a small independent company that do consulting work for internet E-commerce companies (www.jumpB.dk). The work can be done remotely from Genève. What kind of permit, do I need to be able to work remotely from Genève on my Danish independent company?

Also how should I be taxed. One solution is to get salary from my Danish company, the other is to just get annual capital income from the company. What is the best solution, and are any of you other working with a similar setup?

You are mistaken. As an EU citizen you have the right to work.
