Hi Guys

Can any one help me here!!! We are moving to the UK and although have been here for a year only been paying in to a pension scheme via our employers since May 2010...I have read alot and from what i can understand we have to pay for 1 year to take it out what can we do? my husband is a UK and USA passport holder and myself UK

Your pillar 2 should be readily accessible, but not your pillar 1, which is the state portion of your pension. You should be ale to transfer this to the UK or another country via the many bilateral agreements that exist between Switzerland and other countries.
