Non-EU Marriage & Visas

Hi my first post!

i'm a non-EU and my fiancee is a non-eu. we plan to get married in the fall.

i had worked in switzerland for 2 years until 2009, before having to leave swizerland because the authorities did not extend my work permit, despite my employer trying everything to have my work permit extended.

my fiancee and i(somewhat ) would like for us to raise a family in switzerland after our marriage.

my question: is it quicker & easier for her to obtain a residence permit to live(i know she cant work because she is a non-eu) if a) i find employment and move to swizerland before we get married or b) after we get married i should be searching for employment and employer would sponsor for her residence permit as well?

which process is quicker and less complicated? anyone have this experience?

also, what about if i was to register a gmbh in swizerland? does this play any role at all?

Non EU spouses of B permit holders normally have the right to work.

On the whole this way is a tad more complicated but not a lot of difference really..

Employers only sponsor their employees permits - some of them are nice enough to help with the forms for spouses but in no way do they sponsor them.

No.
