Regular Naturalisation - Federal Approval

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I am a non-EU, 25+ applicant who is at the very end of the naturalisation process. I had my interview last summer and earlier this week I got a letter from my commune stating that my application was approved at the communal level.

I applied from the canton of geneva and was wondering if anyone had an idea of how long it takes to get the decision at the federal level? Every time I call the OCP here in Geneva they tell me 1 year. It was 1 year in July and 1 year today. I would really help if someone with the process especially in Geneva had an idea how long it took.
