Hey,
I am a non-EU and I have a B-Permit, I have got a job offer from Italy for 8 months. Can I take move to Italy and work there for 8 months? Is it possible to get a working visa for non-EU to work in Italy and that also for 8 months.

You have apply for Italian work permit and technically speaking, your Italian-employer should take care of it.

Re: Non - Eu working visa for Italy

Italian work permits for non-EU citizens are really, really hard to get. And most likely will take a very long time to be approved. For a 8-month gig I'd forget about it to be honest. Let your prospective employer try, but don't hold your breath.

Look your Swiss permit has nothing to do with any other counrty, your non-EU, so the answer is the same as the one you seem to have ignored when you started a thread about your Berlin job offer, and will be the same for France, Spain etc etc .... ask about the visa you need from a forum in that country.

Re: Non - Eu working visa for Italy

You need to have a regular work Italian permit . Ask the HR of the company, they should apply to the Regional Police Office on your behalf to get the work permit for you, after you send them all the necessary paper Like your passport, birth certificate etc. here below you can find the website of the Police where you can find all the details and information for the work permit .

http://www.poliziadistato.it/articolo/1076-Stranieri/

The website is also in english.

Good Luck!
