I have a L permit till 31/12/2011 and i found a company who wants to hire me and give me the B permit.

I heard I cant change my current permit till 31/12, is it true?
Where is it written? Who could I ask for it?

Italian, yes? Then you are free to make this change whenever you like. However, it is up to the authorities and not your new employer as to whether you get a B permit - as you have an L they will probably wait until it expires to replace it with a B.

This is the point: I need to change the Permit in order to get a B because now i have only a L till 31/12/2011.

So my questio is: can i go to the authorities and ask if they can change me now to B without waiting till 31/12/2011L, because now i have a company who wants to hire me?

I want to buy an app and withouth the B i cant do anything.
