Non-EU B permit

Hi there,

I have two questions. I'm Non-Eu student in Switzerland with B permit, since my entry visa (in Passport) to Switzerland was valid just for 2 months, If I want to travel either to my country or other countries, do I need to renew my visa in Passport, or it's OK just with the my permit??? I'm wondering that my permit doesn't work in airport and I need to renew my visa in Passport? Am I right or wrong?

Thanks in advance,

Re: Non-EU B permit

I am assuming you got your B permit or residency card with you already? If so then you need not renew the VISA in your passport. This is enough to be shown as VISA and you can travel anywhere.

Re: Non-EU B permit

With the B permit card for travelling in Shengen you still need to take your passport.
