getting married in switzerland

Hi all, I want to ask, I am planning to get marry with my boyfriend, he is from Tibet but he has B permit (from political protection) and I was wondering because my permit is almost finish, is it possible for me to apply L permit from my country to get marry here, I didn't do sham marriage, this is for real, I've been together with him almost 3 years, but we are worried because he is just "Asyl" if he will have the same position as the real Swiss people?
Please if anybody knows about this matter, cause I also need to go back to my country to prepare all the paper and I think my permit will be finish when my paper done. Thank you!
