I have a B permit and permanent employment Contract.
In my residence permit card its mentioned as " Selbst. Erwerbstatigkeit ist bewilligungspflichtig".

What does this means.Is my B permit eligible for extension.Currently i am in the first year of my B permit.

It means that you need a new permit if you want to be self-employed.

Not quite. It means self employment requires additional permission.
