Hello Fellow EFers,
I'm hoping to tap into your wisdom, experiences, and humour

regarding my confusing situation. I've searched for related threads and only got bits and pieces here and there.
- I'm a non-EU spouse married to French and living in France. I have a Carte de Sejour to legally work in France.
- Before France, I lived and worked freelance in Germany. My German work visa is no longer valid.
- My former company in Germany inquired as to whether or not I was available to work freelance in Germany / Switzerland on some upcoming projects.
- Some of the projects would be from home - some on site.
- My husband works for a Swiss company - but he physically works in France so he doesn't have a B permit.
Is anyone familiar with this scenario? France has an entrepreneur program I can sign up for which allows me to work freelance in any field but not sure if that limits me from accepting work cross-border.
As for Switzerland, since my husband doesn't have a permit, I guess I'd have to apply independently? Has it been difficult for other non-EU cross-border freelancers to obtain such a permit?
Thanks in advance for all the help
