1. I am a Non-EU w EU spouse who has B-Permit and is working already in Switzerland.
- My D visa application submitted at the embassy three weeks ago from my home country. They kept my originals except the passport and took my phone number. I have yet to hear back from them.
2. I also have a job offer from Switzerland so that company has (internally) concurrently filed my D-Visa application + doing lucrative activity directly in Switzerland with Office De La Population in order to expedite the processing. This processing is already complete and my company is waiting for me to get the visa now.
Can anyone tell me when will I receive my originals back in the mail?
and
Will I be required to appear for a visa interview and how long it may take at this point? (I am guessing the Office De La Population gives the green light to the embassy and the embassy processes the visa then...??)
Re: Visa Interview - Non-EU w EU Wife and job offer
What originial doc you have given them?
If you are talking about your single cert, no they won't return. But if you are talking about your university cert, yes they will.

Well, here they are keeping ALL the originals (and their copies) except they kept only the photocopies of my degrees. This includes my Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate and Domicile.
