Good luck - you're in a difficult position. Some cantons might accept your application for being a student but you need to speak to the school first to see their courses, requirements etc and don't pay money until you get the permit. There's an age limit for Bachelor degrees I think but I'm not sure about language courses for example.
I don't know of paying for a permit expert but use key words and search this forum - you'll find everything you need here! Including how difficult your situation is and how many have been in the same position (i AM in the same position - I've left the Schengen and am applying for a long stay visa from MY country). In order to get a permit B work permit - you must find a job ASAP and that position should have been open to the public etc. so you need to work out what can do, can you speak German, fix your resume to Swiss standards etc....
