my husband can live with me untill his permit doest not come or he has to stay in spain and wait for the work permit in spain and what time it will take all the procedure.i remind u that my husband can live in switzerland and can visit anytime but cant work there becaz they ask for the eurpeon passport and he dont have the passport but on my behalf if i go to swiss and start work there he can saty there and work there or not?

You as an EU National, can bring your spouse ( btw, what is his nationality as there are many kinds of non-EU eg US, Australia, Canada, Iran, mongolia, Japan etc. ) under EU bilateral agreements.
B permit first ( or L to seek work ), and after 5 years ( search the forum for VINTA ) a C permit usually.
For EU, a permit is a formality, one can seek work whilst waiting for the formal permit. It might takes 1-2 months for the formal permit to arrive.

He will not receive a C ( the C comes AFTER at least 5 years on the B ). He might get B or L.

Your husband will receive the same permit as you and will have the right to work

The type of permit will depend on the job you have.
How long it takes depends on which canton you are living in. In neuchatel it took me 2 weeks. Some in Geneva say it can take months.

It's not very likely that you will find a job in a bar or restaurant without knowing the local language.
