Fixing the surname after naturalisation.

I hope to get naturalised in few years.
As a common practise in Asian countries, Children will have their father's name and wives will have their Husband's name added before their surname.
For example,
My name is Joe,
My father's first name is Thomas And my surname is Muller.
So now my official name is, Joe Thomas Muller.
My wife's name is, Kate
Her official name is Kate Joe Muller
My daughter's name is, Rose
Her official name is Rose Joe Muller.

Is it possible to change it, to have only Sirname(Muller) added to the First name at the time of naturalisation for all?
Thanks for the feedback.

Re: Fixing the surname after naturalisation.

Get all the names changed now in the country that you were born in.
It would be VERY difficult if not impossible to change it at naturalization.
