L Permit (non-EU) and travelling to Switzerland on a tourist visa!

Hi,

I am an Indian national resident of the UK. My company has applied for an L-Permit for me for 120 days work authorisation which is currently being processed.

Meanwhile, I have a personal trip planned to Switzerland in a couple of weeks and have a valid schengen visa for it.

My Question is will travelling to Switzerland actually cause problems to my work permit process?

A prompt reply will be appreciated.

Thanks,
G
