French words for immigration documents requested in German

I've found some very helpful information already in this forum sub-section, but there are a few twists where I would be grateful for some help.

While in the process of applying for various immigration things (transition from B to C permit for my UK husband and my B permit as a US citizen), the Migrationsamt has asked for various documents. They asked for them in German, but some of the forms are required from a Romandie canton (Vaud) and the folks at the local Gemeinde don't know the equivalent words in French. As my German is bad (i.e. I know enough to ask for a beer and then order another one) and my legal German is even worse (i.e. I feel like I'm beating my head up against the wall and Google translate doesn't quite cut it), I'd be grateful for any help on this.

Phrase 1 = "Aktueller Orginal-Betreibunsregisterauszug" -- which I took to mean as an actual copy of the document that says you don't have any debts in the Canton ... and I'm not sure what the difference is between an actual/original copy and whatever you can get off the net. What is the French equivalent on this?

Phrase 2 = "Bestätigung der Wohngemeinden der letzen drei Jahre über allfälligen Sozialhilfebezug" -- which I took to mean the confirmation of a lack of reliance on Swiss social security / welfare, and while they were kind enough to give us the address of where we can get things in Zurich, we have no clue where to get this in Vaud -- or what to call it.

Phrase 3 = "Haben Sie weitere finanzielle Verpflichtungen (Alimente; Shuld- und Darlehenszinsen; Abzahlungs- und Lesinggeschäfte; Steuerschulden; Versicherungen wie Haftpflict und Huausrat etc; Ausstände bei Sozialversicherungen und -behörden)? Wenn ja, bitte Belege einreichen." I think that this is about confirming that there are no other outstanding debts, but is there something else we would need to present? And how can you actually prove a negative (i.e. the lack of other outstanding financial obligations)?

FWIW, our Swiss landlord has been really kind on trying to help us with this, but he is the first to suggest that the folks in Zurich are just too lazy and too embarrassed to help us figure out the words in French. His words. Not ours.

Any tips greatly appreciated...

Re: French words for immigration documents requested in German

Betreibungsregisterauszug = extrait du registre des poursuites

Bestätigung über allfälligen Sozialhilfebezug = Attestation d'éventuels recours à l'aide sociale

weitere finanzielle Verpflichtungen = autres obligations financières (any kind of financial obligations for insurances, interests, any kind of debts you are paying back gradually).
Belege einreichen = joindre pièces justificatives (join the documents that proves it) - You don't have to prove a negative, don't worry. They just want the paper work for each of your financial obligations for phase 3.
