Negative decision on B-permit

Dear All,

At the current moment I recieved a negative decision from the commune on recieving the new B-permit. The reason for a negative answer is that I am studying too long in Switzerland.
the situation is that 3 month ago I finished my Bachelor Degree.During those three month I was trying to get an admission in European University in Montreux and in a mind time I took French corses which were garanteing me a B-permit. During my Bachelor program I was suspended one time for 6 month, in those 6 month I went to Lausanne to study French corses. Also in the letter which I recieved from the Canton is the mistake, they say that I was studying French for two years but in reality I studied it only for the month another three month were the English corses.
Please advise what should I do in the current situation? And how I can change the decision of the Canton?

Afaik 5 years is maximum.
Very difficult to believe. As it is generally the minimum for a bachelor+master Bologna program.

Re: Negative decision on B-permit

You could explain the situation to migration. In worst case, you hire the lawyer for handling it.
