Have I got this right ?

Hey there!

I wanted to get "just-in-case" confirmation, that I understood everything right.

Well... at the moment Im in Estonia and planning my move somewhere in the end of Oct. My girlfriend is swiss and unfortunately she is on the trip and will be back in sept. so she cant really answer all my questions... so I hope to get help from here.

Do I understad correctly:

1) Permit's:
(a) After moving here I must register myself in 14 days
(b) Take with me ID, valid swiss healt insurance, 1 passport photo, civil status document (proof that im not married???) and contract of employment???

So it means...
that before I could apply for the permit I need to find a job? Do I understand it correctly?

I have read somewhere... that in Switzerland its possible to do like that
(a) move here
(b) register yourself (without a contract)
(c) 3 months for job seeking
(d) another 3 months for job seeking

all this is equal to L-Permit ???

Also... I was wondering about the market situation. I am holding a BA of social science (political science). By today I have worked for 3 years in company as a salesman and also doing some marketing. I have perfect russian and "awful" A1 german. So what do you think, whats my
opportunities to get a job?
