I got an offer from a company in the area of Zurich for doing full time (100%), 6 months internship.

if they offer you a stipend and it covers your living expenses you should be OK as long as your skills in that canton are required…

Speak to your potential employer and ask their HR dept, to investigate for you!

You have good chances to get a work permit through facilitated admission process. This is what you need.

Thx for your answer.
The salary is quite high and I am sure it will fulfill the requirement of basic salary, but the thing is that HR told that I have to attempt by myself to get the work permit (My future boss told me that HR department have the policy that for internship employee should get a visa by himself!!!!) but as I understood , the regulation would not allow me to request for such permit as Non-Eu citizen and employer should apply.
Could I apply by myself? what should I do?

Yes, your future employer if truth be known can't be bothered, call the local permit office (sorry I don't know it's name) and they will send you a form, get the form, complete it and then take it to the employer and ask them to get a secretary to type up what is needed from them…

You have to stand your own ground in this country, there are not many companies that will go out of their way to help you unless they can guarantee you will make them shit loads of money….

I forgot to mention anther rule from HR department.
I should remain student while I work for them 100%.
So I could not graduate and use the advantage of new rule about Swiss graduate.
Does it make any change in situation?
Am I still allow to apply and have chance to get the permit?

I fear you cannot.

Without any cooperation from the HR board it will be an impossible move to prove facilitated admission fitting requirements for highly skilled labor,

and I think as a foreign student one can work something like 16 hours per week or so.

Maybe your university could give you further advice ...
