work permit visa

hi all,
after gradutingfrom swiss univerties, how much chances to get full time jobs and also work permit visa

If you're Swiss, quite easy
If you hold a European passoprt realtively easy
If you don't, very little chance

ye, even i hold a work permit in geneva before, but i has to apply for a new one in zurich and it is so difficult that my company ask a lawyer do this part work for me!
