Help about Family Regroupment I miss my family!

Hi Everybody!

Good Evening!

I am a very new user but I have been reading threads the past few days.

I am a Swiss Citizen married to a Filipino citizen (living in the Philippines) but have children who are Swiss Citizens. When I was still in the Philipppines, we applied for a Family regroupment at the Swiss Embassy in Manila and my husband`s passport was stamped with a Visa D application. Then after a while, we received a letter stating that I should have a Familienbuchlein, to which we already have; a house rent contract, payslip for the last three months, and other questions that can be easily answered.

To fulfill the above requirements, I have decided to come to Switzerland and thus I have recently arrived here.

I would just like to ask if there is there any other or shorter way/process wherein I can get my husband. I also can`t seem to find a job right now because though I am very fluent in English, I have a very basic German and most of the jobs here require fluent German both in oral and written.

In relation to the above requirements, how much salary will be acceptable to the Migrationsamt?

Your answers will be of great help and hope since I terribly miss my family and kids. Being apart from them is so painful for me, especillay for a mother.

Thanks in advance.

Ok so neither you or your husband have a job here. How exactly are you going to survive?

This is a bit confusing. If he already has a D visa in his passport he should be able to come here. Did they say he can't travel? What is the validity date on the D visa?

Each Canton has a set figure in CHF for Lebensbedarf which changes every year.

Dependent visa for disabled sister --is it possible?

Bringing your retired parents to CH

If you can, visit the legal officers in the links ( go in EARLY ) and they might be able to assist you in some way for free.

The embassy just stamped that he has a pending Visa D application.

Thank you very much for this was very helpful. May I ask in addition what office or department in Zürich is issuing the Familiennachzug or Lebensbedarf?

Thanks in advance.
