hey, was just wondering if anyone knew where i could download an application form for a B permit? i've tried searching fedral and cantol websites and here but havent had any look! Its for the Basel Stadt canton (don't know if that makes a difference)

also does anyone have any experience as to what the rules are if i wanted to move between basel stadt or basel land can it be done or is it too much hassle?
