Re: Need Help!!!

You need to get a job which gives you a permit. The company offering you the job will apply for the permit. It doesn't happen the other way around.

Re: Need Help!!!

Hi Basavant,

Glad you asked this question, as I have never seen one like it before

You just buy a plane ticket to either GVA or ZRH and next day you send your CV to 5 companies who all will ask you in for an interview. 24 hours later you will be offered a CHF 500'000 (or about INR 28,995,552) per year position with at least 4 of the 5 companies and that's it. Very straight forward.

Now you may wonder how this can be so easy, well:

1. The EU/CH has no people with your high level of expertise available so you go first in the queue,
2. Outsourcing of such type of jobs to places like India does not exist so you are needed here.
3. The EU/CH is the area/land of milk and honey and there is so much work to get and if you don't want to work we (the tax payer) give money away for free (yes for FREE).
4. Every single work place is in English only so no need to speak/understand the slightest of either German, French or Italian (leaving Romansh out of the equation for simplicity).

Best of luck and let us know how you get along

PS. Ok, so maybe CHF 500'000 is a little on the low side but I don't want to give you too high expectations as your salary will of course be MUCH higher

Re: Need Help!!!

chances are, if your really looking to come to switzerland to work, you should not focus on your experience as there are MANY SAP Consultants around and due to the complicated procedure of these things, they only use highly trained reputable employees with a track record in Switzerland or atleast the EU.

You should maybe focus on companies looking to expand in your country and get involved in that way..

You will have a REALLY hard time though but just stay strong and dont give up !

Re: Need Help!!!

Man, there lotta SAP profis from Germany working in swissland*....

First getting the job offer, then comes permit application (which is like an adventure)...

It is definitely not that easy, but nothing is impossible.. Is you really have a very demanding candidature, why not giving it a try...
