Spouse of an EU and B permit

Hello,

I had read lot of threads here about B Permit of a spouse of an EU citizen.I realised only when they both applied the same time, makes it easy.
I will be getting married to my boyfriend(german citizen) in early of JAN 2008.We have 2 kids together and they are holding german passport but I am from non EU Country.I live in germany.
My husband to be had already got EU B permit(5 years). He has unlimited working contract with a company in basel.
After our marriage,we would like to live together as a family.
my question goes like this:

1. Would it be easy for me to get also 5 years B Permit because he has applied before me?
2.If the anwser is yes.Am I qualify to work with this permit?
3.My bf got his B permit under 20 mins, How long it will take for me to get mine as a spouse of EU?

I would really appreciate your replies.

Thanks for your time.

Snow babe

Re: Spouse of an EU and B permit

This bit of the regulation worries me slightly, the last sentence especially:

From point 9 of http://www.bfm.admin.ch/bfm/en/home/...llte.0021.html

9. Family Reunion (also valid for EU-8)
What persons are able to invoke the provisions regarding the subsequent immigration of their families?
Spouses
Children or grandchildren who are under 21 years of age or who are financially supported
Parent and grandparents, provided that they are financially supported
For students the entitlement to family reunion is limited to the spouse and children entitled to financial support.
Family members of nationals of EC/EFTA member states who originate from third countries are only able to invoke the right to family reunion according to the Agreement on the Free Movement of Persons if they have already been permanently resident in an EU/EFTA country prior to their application. If this is not the case, the issue of a permit is governed by national law.

Is that why the advice to move to Switzerland together? If the non-EU person isn't a permanent resident in EU/ETFA, will that be a problem?
