L permit Any working restrictions?

Hi,

I have a one year permit (L) based on a contract. The hours are good but I can use a little more, I am at 75%. Can I look for a job in a neighboring canton as I have searched around here and I haven't been so lucky.

Just making sure

Re: L permit Any working restrictions?

It should be written on the last page of your permit. it's not the same for every L permit.

Re: L permit Any working restrictions?

As cristina.m says, it's specified on the back of your permit. Some short-term L permits are tied to the employer which means you can't work for anyone else.

Re: L permit Any working restrictions?

Basically:
EU-L -> no restriction
non-EU L -> restriction
