I already know I need to bring:

1- ID card
2- Rental agreement
3- Signed contract
4- 2 photos

Is there anything else?
I already know it takes time to get my permit, anyway when I come there I need to travel for 500 km, so if I bring all in advance, it would be easier.
Is there any place to find phone numbers about government offices in order to know exactly what to bring?

you're full EU so just do it when you arrive. Why make a special trip?
