I will start an internship in Zurich on next 20th November, and today my future company sent me a form to fill with some personal data.

They said that the missing data (like the IBAN of my Swiss account, or my future Swiss address) can be given when I will get them....But there is one point I'm missing.

They are asking for an "AHV Number" and a Sickness Insurance. I can give them these data later as well, but I have no idea where to go for getting an AHV number....can you help me?

You should ask to your current employer to get the number. Also is posible to get it from you Health Insurance Company.

Yep....but currently I'm working in Italy, and this internship will be my first job in Switzerland

Then your new employer should organise this. Health insurance can be organised once you arrive.

If it's your first job in Switzerland, you won't get the AHV until you have the permit and the contract. Your new employer have to do for you.
Regarding Health Insurance you have 3 month since you arrive Switzerland to arrange one and you have to do by yourself.
