Swiss Civil Code - Property Held in Co-ownership
I am looking for the Statutes in the Swiss Civil Code pertaining to property held in Co-ownership. They used to be found online under "RS 210 Livre Quatriéme - Des Droits Réels. I have done a search online of the CCS, without success. Can anyone please inform me as to where they now apppear. My thanks in advance!
