In that case the figure you give is probably what it should have been in the first place, not an increase by that amount. I don't know the software industry but would guess a junior with no experience would only get a salary of around the 78,000/84,500 mark. So basically they weren't going to pay him anything before. A yearly increase of 6,500 might be right, but not per month.

Around me, i do not know people who has high salary.. I have a friend who is system engineer, got only 5500 chf (brutto) and he has around 10 years experience..

My point was, you're unlikely to get your permit turned down due to your salary. As a non-EU you're more likely to get turned down due to the authorities thinking an EU/Swiss could do the job. If you pass this hurdle then you are not likely to be in a job that pays so little for pay to be an issue!
