I need some advice. My L permit is expiring soon and I am looking to shoot for B permit. I am a non-eu (Turkish Citizen).

What are the chances? We are mutually pleased with my employer and I am responsible for the business development activities of my company in the emerging markets.

What type of procedure should I follow? How should I/or my company apply?

If you have a long term, permanent contract, then the employer will need to repeat the same procedure that they wnt through when you were first recruited.mthey will have to readverrtise across Europe for the job, and prove again that they cannot find someone locally to fill the posting.

Good luck, we found the uncertainty stressful. But it worked out in the end.

Our employer started the process about 6 months before with the ad tiding, and put the renewal forms in at the first possible moment, which I think was three months ahead. The reason for this was so that they would have time for an appeal if there was a problem. They already had a lawyer on standby just in case they needed one to help with the appeal, but it was all ok.

Quite likely, yes, all for the second year (with less paperwork) and b hopefully for the third.

The biggest thing is that you are effectively tied to the employer until it rolls over to the b.

I think usually you continue to be tied to the employer after you get the B.

In my experience, non-eu L permits are tied to the employer, and non-eu b permits are not tied to the employer.

I was free to change employers the day that my permit moved from L to B.
