Latest Referendum, what will be consequences for EU (C permit and B permit) holders?

I know its too soon to ask, but i would like to understand one thing if somebody has permit until 2017 (exactly when the quotas should be already in place) what will happen

it seems to me that

a) permit B EU foreigner can be kicked out of country without any problems
just because quota for that particular country was reached ?

c) permit C EU foreigner can be kicked out of country without any problems
just because quota for that particular country was reached ?

Would somebody more experienced be so kind to clarify this for me?

Given that the referendum was only a couple of days ago - I guess that nobody knows the answer to those questions yet - in fact many people are probably asking themselves the same thing.
It`s too early to say in my opinion.

Wot Basher said. However under the old system in pre-bilateral days and under the current system for third countries, quotas only apply to new entrants to the country not people who are already here ie there is/was a quota for new permits issued
