I am russian and am in Switzerland with my child. I arrived here with visit visa in August. I and my BF would like to marriage. But we have some problems with his divorce. My visa finished in November, but we asked migration to prolongate it. They prolongate and give official doc, that I can stay and if for me not enough time they will prolongate more. And now suddenly without reason they refused in it. My child studies in school. Its 2,5 months and school year will finish. He cannot finish shcool in russia, because its big diffirent between program. And divorce of my BF will finish from 2 months. I have some question:
1. Is it possible for child finish school? Is it exist human rights in this country?
2. Is it possible to go to stydy and apply for student visa now?
3. Is it possible to apply for job visa if I have own firm?
4. In which organization I can go or send letter about racism?

Yes. A letter from your friend saying that he is willing to cover all costs involved should normally do it.

Thank you very much. Its first good news for 7 months. But my BF already wrote this letter and it dosnt help. I agree to go to study. But everybody said that I cannot apply for student visa because I already live here. Could you give some link on information what you give?

The issue of a non-employed permit is a discretionary procedure. You might also wonder why they chose not to issue it....

In that they are right, they are entitled to ask you to make your application from Russia.
